ACEPTACION POR EL COMPRADOR DE LOS TERMINOS Y CONDICIONES DEL VENDEDOR<\/span><\/p>\n

Las ordenes de compras aceptada por el Vendedor es aceptada en el entendido de que el comprador consiente los t\u00e9rminos y condiciones estipulados en esa Cotizaci\u00f3n, sin tomar en consideraci\u00f3n la forma o t\u00e9rminos de la Orden del Comprador. Este documento constituye los t\u00e9rminos del acuerdo en su totalidad entre el Comprador y el Vendedor en relaci\u00f3n con cualquier Orden que el Comprador coloque con el Vendedor. Cualesquiera t\u00e9rminos adicionales o diferentes indicados en otra orden de compra u otros documentos que el Comprador presente al Vendedor ser\u00e1n consideradas alteraciones materiales, sin ning\u00fan efecto vinculante y por este medio objetadas y rechazadas. Ninguna negociaci\u00f3n, uso comercial o desempe\u00f1o ser\u00e1 importante ni completar\u00e1 ni explicar\u00e1 los t\u00e9rminos aqu\u00ed usados.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
